Sierra Leone is one of the Least Developed Countries in the World and its Human Development Index is 10 in the world (UNDP Breaking the Gridlock) and one of the highest mortality rates in the world, and the 117th out of 1273rd hungriest countries in the world (Global Hunger Index 2024). These statistics gives an idea about the poverty, hunger, emotional strength, and resilient. This is my motivation to help suffering children, the aged and vulnerable pregnant and lactating mothers an opportunity to smile through our Basket Brigade. We hope to reach out to those in hard to reach, slums and vulnerable communities in Sierra Leone. I'm therefore, inviting individuals and groups who belief in this course to join us.
