I'm so grateful that the FIRST Barbados Basket Brigade ever has received enough donations to provide food baskets for Christmas for 27 families in need. I wish to extend the families' warm thanks to our volunteers, Elisa, Adriana and Luca, Nadine and Matt, Caroline and Johan, Victor, Rainer and to all anonymous donors as well as to our sponsors, Celeste from Platinum Wines & Spirits Barbados, Denise from the Law Chambers of Leslie Haynes and Margot Greene Q.C., Janice from Wentworth Insurance Company and the parents of the Codrington International School with the support of the Principal and CEO, Mr Darryl Brown and Miss Nadia Rguibi. Thank you all for joining us to spread some joy for Christmas in the life of these families.
