Dear Friends, We are having our Annual Thanksgiving Day Basket Brigade Food Drive Weekend , Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at 9.00 am. Our team of volunteers at Surrey Basket Brigade is asking for your donation for us to pick up groceries for our food drive. We are feeding a total of 25 families in the Lower Mainland. We will be delivering food Saturday, October 8, 2016 after 12.00 PM. Your donation will help make our Basket Brigade 2016 run smoothly. These families would not have much, if anything, to eat or feel grateful that there are strangers out there in the world that care about them. Inspired by Tony Robbins and other Basket Brigade volunteers around the world, this Thanksgiving will be our very first Basket Brigade in our local community of Surrey, B.C. Our goal is to help a minimum of 20 families this year and keep increasing those numbers every year as our group grows.
